Comprehensive Personal Liability (CPL):
- Owner-occupied (including tenant packages/ renter’s policy) dwellings only
- CPL follows the insured
Premises Liability:
- Available for all occupancies, including
- Vacant dwelling or land
- Short-term vacation rentals
- Builders Risk/Course of Construction
- Renovations
- Corporate names accepted
